Not happy with your purchase? We'll refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping and gift packaging charges are non refundable. To receive a refund, first call us at 1-888-50-CALIBER (1-318-768-2660) and request a Return Authorization Number. The original packing invoice should accompany your return and the Return Authorization Number you received from us should be written clearly on it. The merchandise must be undamaged. You will receive your refund within 2-5 business days after we receive the merchandise.
