For our clay target clocks and smaller jewelry items we offer gift packaging. As a general guideline, anything smaller than a clay target can be gift wrapped for a nominal fee. Simply add the product entitled 'gift wrap' to your cart before you check out. Please note our larger items cannot be gift-wrapped.
We manufacture our products. Our goal is to process all orders within 2-5 days. (Please allow 2-4 weeks for custom trophies & awards.) Larger orders may also require additional processing time - we will be in communication with you regarding the status of your order while you are waiting for it to be shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Express options available upon request.
